What’s brewing and Distilling?

The Moab Brewerywas established in 1996, long before the craft brewing industry was rocking and rolling! For 24 years now, the Moab Brewery has been a leader in the craft brewery industry. They offer many award-winning beers and have distributed across the nation. In 2017, Moab Brewery realized that their knowledge of craft beer gave them the ability to perfect craft spirits. Moab Distillery now offers Class 5 Vodka, Spot On Gin, Tight Squeeze Gin, and Rayo Blue Agave. They have many other creative spirits coming out in the future.

As the only microbrewery in town, they offer eight award-winning beers on tap, ranging from an array of light to dark to satisfy everyone’s palate. They also offer a great lineup of full-strength beer available from the bar.

Their FMU, Moab Pale, Johnny B’s IPA, Class 5 Vodka, and Spot On Gin are available in all Utah state liquor stores, or you can purchase their beer and spirits to go from their Package Agency.

The 325-seat, kid-friendly restaurant is the go-to place for tourists. They open daily at 11:30am for lunch and dinner. You can find all of their award-winning beers and spirits on their menu.

Local Grapes

Castle Creek Winery, located on the property of Red Cliffs Lodge, has produced more than 40 award-winning wines. Master winemakers craft Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and popular blends such as Outlaw Red, Lily Rose White, Petroglyph White, and Monument Red.

The tasting room is inviting with a long bar and plenty of seating. The winery’s upper level features a 4,000+ square-foot hospitality area and a deck overlooking the Colorado River.

Each year, Castle Creek Winery produces more than 8,000 gallons of wine that are sold exclusively in Utah. Each bottle is filled, labeled, and boxed onsite. Castle Creek wines have received Double Gold, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals in international wine competitions such as Tasters Guild, Finger Lakes, and Pacific Rim. Open seven days a week, 11am-6:30pm for wine tasting, 10am-7pm for wine sales. Closed Sundays and holidays.
