Located in historic Spanish Valley just a few minutes south of Moab at 2705 SE Bench Road, Moab Golf Club is a great public course. The views from every hole are unusual and unexpected. This 18-hole par-72 course traverses over 6,819 yards with some challenging dogleg turns and mild elevations at play. The front nine has a couple of holes right up against red rock cliffs. So much incredible beauty will test your concentration and your golf skills. This is a desert course so a ball off the fairway is quickly lost in scrub and cactus. Throughout the 18-hole golf course there are many trees to alter your shots, and shimmering water hazards on three holes challenge you to keep the ball in play. Whether you are golfing nine or 18 holes, this is a walkable course. Take an extra day to play one of the top ten courses in Utah. The well maintained course is a municipal facility, usually not crowded, and offers golf to the public seven days a week year-round, weather permitting. Four sets of tee boxes. 6,819 yards from the longest tees for a par 72. Open 7am to dusk. Pro shop, lessons, rental clubs, snack bar open for breakfast and lunch, pull and motorized cart rentals, and a driving range. Dress code: Denim allowed. Reserve your tee time by contacting the Pro Shop at 435-259-6488 or request your tee time online at www.moabcountryclub.com. Open every day year-round. Reservations required.
